A new grocery store has taken up residence off of Murfreesboro Road in Franklin, and it

goes by the name of Sprouts Farmer’s Market. If you’re wondering what the big deal is, Sprouts
is what would come out of Super Kroger, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods being put into a
blender. You get the lower prices of good produce like Kroger and Trader Joe’s, with the variety
of natural, organic, and healthy products of Whole Foods.
Sprouts is set up a little differently than many of the grocery stores I’ve seen around here.
Their produce section is large, and many of the items are displayed in a way you might find them
at a farmer’s market. While the produce is at the back of the store, you can see it from the
moment you walk in. The shelves that hold packaged foods, supplements, cleaning supplies, and
more are on one side. In the middle of the store, you will find the bulk bins and other low-
shelved items. The layout gives the store an open and welcoming feeling, and highlights what the
owners see as most important: their fresh offerings. They offer many different kinds of
vegetables and fruits, and they do so at a great price. No longer will you have to sacrifice half
your paycheck for a fresh and colorful fridge full of food!
If you are in the mood for something healthy but really don’t feel like taking your
groceries home and making something, you can let Sprouts do the work for you. Head over to
the prepared food section, where you can choose from fresh sushi, sandwiches, a salad bar, and a
    juice bar.
Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, paleo, organic-only, grain-free, or anything else,
Sprouts will take care of you. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their food is
delicious. Check it out and tell us how you think it stacks up against the other grocery stores in
    the area!
