Nashville – 12 South Real Estate

    Nashville’s 12 South Neighborhood

One of Music City’s hottest neighborhoods, 12 South has emerged as the perfect spot to live, eat, drink, play and socialize. Beautifully restored homes, charming coffee shops and a wide array of boutiques and dining options are all within walking distance.

12 South is lined with great restaurants, including Burger Up, Sloco, Mafiaoza’s Pizzeria and Neighborhood Pub, Josephine and the Frothy Monkey.  As well as, most locals favorite ice-cream stop, Jeni’s.

You may find freelancers and musicians at the local coffeehouses and moms with strollers walking to the nearby Sevier Park.

The beautiful shady green Sevier Park can be found in the middle of this charming 12 South neighborhood. A park where you can find a bit of peace and quiet, to get away from it all. A great spot to bring a good book, take a walk or kick a ball around.

Belmont Boulevard, next to Belmont University is also within walking distance of 12 South.  Belmont Boulevard is mainly a residential area nestled between Hillsboro Village and 12 South.  It contains wide sidewalks with bike lanes on either side of the lines making it convenient for walking, jogging or biking.

Some of the 12 South residents occupy the 12 South Flats, luxury apartments, or condo options. Others live in the beautifully restored houses along the perpendicular side streets of 12 Avenue South.

    Testimonials

“Elma is a great listener, and really helped guide us through our first home purchase by explaining things along the way and answering any questions we had. She was easy to work with, and worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. She was prompt with returning calls, tracking down information, and was always available when we had questions. We would recommend Elma to anyone we know looking to buy a house, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.”
